The body features 100% carbon-fiber exterior panels and composite chassis components, with the interior and air conditioning system removed to reduce weight to 1,900kg. This weight reduction enhances acceleration, increases top speed, and reduces inertia for sharper, more responsive handling through corners.

*On April 1, 2025, we used the optional Professional Track Package + Carbon fiber dual-vent front hood + Aerodynamic underbody plate to break the Nürburgring Nordschleife lap record for a production electric vehicle, becoming the fastest production EV in Nürburgring history. SU7 Ultra, with Nürburgring-certified safety modifications, once again takes on the Nordschleife.
