CTB Integrated Battery Technology combines the battery pack's upper cover with the vehicle floor to improve structural safety, body rigidity, and cabin space.

Dual-Sided Cooling System with a 7.8m² Heat Dissipation Area Side-Mounted Aerogel Thermal Insulation

The battery features 17 layers of high-voltage insulation protection and a custom active cooling system. The dual-sided cooling system provides a heat dissipation area of 7.8m², providing exceptional heat dissipation. The sides of the battery cells are filled with 165 aerogel pieces that can withstand temperatures of up to 1,000°C.

Innovative Cell Inversion Technology Efficient and Safe

The inverted cell design places the pressure relief valve on the underside of the cell, allowing energy to be rapidly discharged downward in extreme conditions and helping improve cabin safety.

Vehicle‑To‑Cloud Safety Alert System ASIL D Safety Rating

Over 800 signals are tested per second, which is 2x the China GB standard volume, enabling 24-hour monitoring. In case of emergencies, Xiaomi Full-Stack Battery Management System cuts off the current within 4ms.
