The entire Die-Casting production line was independently designed, comprising 60 pieces of equipment and precisely controlling 433 process parameters. Each die-casting machine weighs up to 718t and delivers a clamping force of up to 9,100t, making the cluster a true industry giant.

Self-developed Xiaomi Titan Alloy An Exceptionally Durable Material
In collaboration with a leading Chinese laboratory, Xiaomi team independently developed a multi-material AI simulation system that calculated more than 10.16 million compositions. After 1,550 rounds of prototyping, Xiaomi Titan Alloy was eventually selected for its strength, durability, and fluidity, as well as its eco-friendly properties.

The Integrated Die-Cast Rear Floor has undergone 2 million km of durability testing, and displayed exceptional structural stability and service life. It also features an innovative three-stage protection design, including a detachable crumple zone that takes the brunt of low- to medium-speed collisions, thereby reducing repair costs.
